A Reunion of Friends

In July we had the distinct privilege to host our good friends, the Nielsons, Zach, Kim and their 4 kids! What fun to get to spend some time with them and to be able to provide a place to hang with old friends. We ended up with about 28 people, 15 of which were children. I think it is safe to say there was a lot of energy and fun to be had.

The guys hanging talking something with computers, surprise. Nate is helping little Sam get in on this early. :)

This is how the girls hang out, on the floor with the kids. It was very fun watching the Nielson's Mya meet the Grime's Esias.

A close up of Mya in the arms of her daddy. That is Miss Codi in the background.

The two gangs all together. My how they have grown in number since the days where the four of them used to live together.

Zach and his youngest son, Emery.

The man who fed the crew, my man. He is so good on the grill and I am so thankful!

Miss Elizabeth helping Grace. Emily, notice the earrings! ;)

The kids before the Heefners arrived.

Grime's eldest, Eden enjoying her ice cream cone.

Zach and Kim's oldest daughter, Autumn after getting in the line of fire....that is water gun fire and obviously loving it.

Josie Heefner tends to try to avoid getting her picture taken but we managed to catch her off guard this time. So cute.

Emery was not to be left out of the water gun war. He too earned a hat. Crazy seeing all the kids running around with stocking caps on.

Elly joined in on the fun and did Josie by this point. Notice Aaron holding one of the weapons. We of course own 5 so there was planty of water to go around.

One more shot of the kids warring one another. Somehow in the midst of everything I managed to miss the two Heefner boys. :( Maybe it was because they were on the go so much I couldn't catch them in action. All in all, the weather cooperatec and everyone had a nice time.

Love the pics-thanks for sharing. Seth has repeatedly asked if he could go back over and play with "that big boy" (also known as Zach) again. They had such fun with all the kids. Miss you all!
